Shipping and Returns 

 

 

Shippping & returns if purchasing directly from the artist:

Shipping is free anywhere in New Zealand. 

 

International shipping:

For purchases outside New Zealand, please email me at art.by.carnier@outlook.com 

I can ship to most countries and will usually offer discounted courier rates. 

Any painting with any side greater than 59cm will be removed from its stretcher bars,

and the painted canvas will be safely rolled in a tube for shipping. 

Smaller works are usually shipped free (email me for confirmation).

7 day returns:  I truly hope you absolutely adore your new artwork!  However, I understand that sometimes,

the colours don't quite match your home or the art is not quite what you were expecting.  No problem - just email me at art.by.carnier@outlook.com if you wish to return an artwork within 7 days of delivery. 

The cost of return shipping will be covered by you, the purchaser. 

Please use the original packaging and be careful with the art - if it is returned damaged in any way, the purchaser will bear the cost of repair or replacement.  Returns are not available for international purchases.​

Payment terms:

If purchasing directly from the artist, Paypal is the preferred method of payment.  No Paypal?  No problem!  Email art.by.carnier@outlook.com for bank deposit details. Please note, for international sales, Paypal invoice is the only accepted method of payment.

Accuracy of photos:

You should always carefully measure your space to ensure the painting is the appropriate size.  Occasionally, paintings pictured are not exactly to scale. You should also note that the colours represented on your computer monitor or other device may be slightly different to the actual painting.  I take great care to make sure all photos are accurately portrayed, however, occasionally there will be a difference.

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
 

I do not collect, use or retain credit card details or bank details.  All purchases are made via Paypal, or by you transferring funds into my bank account (in which case, you do not need to provide me with your bank details).  You are never required to provide me with your bank information except for the purposes of me issuing you a refund.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
